Day 1
08 October 2026 – Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist you through the airport arrival procedures. You will then be transferred by air-conditioned vehicle from the airport to your hotel, allowing you to begin your stay in Cairo comfortably and hassle-free.
Day 2
09 October 2026 – Main Event Shuttle Service
At the designated event time, our representative and driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. You will join the shared shuttle service to the main event venue in an air-conditioned vehicle. After the event concludes, return transportation will be provided to your hotel, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience.
Day 3
10 October 2026 – Main Event Shuttle Service
Enjoy your day at leisure until the scheduled event transfer. At the designated time, you will be collected from your hotel and transferred via shared shuttle service to the event venue. Following the event, return transportation will be arranged back to your hotel.
Day 4
Leisure Day
This day is available for personal activities or optional sightseeing tours in Cairo. Guests may choose from a selection of optional excursions, including visits to the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, the Grand Egyptian Museum, Old Cairo Churches, or the vibrant Khan El Khalili Bazaar.
Day 5
12 October 2026 – Departure
At the appropriate time, you will be transferred from your hotel to Cairo International Airport. Upon arrival, our representative will assist with departure procedures to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey home.
