Day 1
08 October 2026 – Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our airport representative who will assist you through the arrival formalities. You will then be transferred by a luxury air-conditioned vehicle (Mercedes E-Class or similar) to Giza Palace Cairo West. After completing check-in procedures, the remainder of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy the hotel's facilities at your leisure. Overnight accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2
09 October 2026 – Leisure Day
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a day at leisure. Relax and take advantage of the hotel's facilities, or choose to enhance your stay with an optional half-day or full-day excursion from our add-on section. In the evening, attend the event using your event admission ticket, which includes shuttle transportation to and from the venue. Following the event, return to the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay.
Day 3
11 October 2026 – Leisure Day
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy another day at leisure. Spend the day at your own pace, whether relaxing at the hotel or selecting an optional half-day or full-day excursion from our add-on section for a more immersive experience. In the evening, attend the event using your event admission ticket, which includes shuttle transportation to and from the venue. After the event, return to the hotel and enjoy your overnight stay.
Day 4
12 October 2026 – Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and enjoy a private transfer by luxury vehicle to Cairo International Airport. Upon arrival, our airport representative will assist you with departure procedures to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience before your departure flight.
