Day 1
08 October 2026 – Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist you through the arrival procedures. You will then be transferred by air-conditioned vehicle to Giza Palace Cairo West. After check-in, the remainder of the day is free for relaxation and leisure. Overnight accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2
09 October 2026 – Giza Pyramids Tour & Main Event Transfers
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your Egyptologist guide and driver in the lobby of Giza Palace Cairo West and begin your journey to the world-famous Giza Plateau. Explore the magnificent Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure while learning about the history and mysteries of ancient Egypt. Guests wishing to enter the burial chamber inside the Great Pyramid may purchase an additional entrance ticket at the site. Continue to the panoramic viewpoint where you can enjoy breathtaking views of all three pyramids before visiting the legendary Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple of King Khafre, where ancient mummification rituals once took place. An optional visit to a licensed Papyrus Institute or Essential Oils Palace provides an opportunity to discover traditional Egyptian craftsmanship and heritage. Return to Giza Palace Cairo West around midday and enjoy time at leisure. Later, at the scheduled event time, our representative will accompany you on a transfer by air-conditioned van to the main event venue. Following the event, you will be transferred back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3
10 October 2026 – Main Event Transfers
Following breakfast, enjoy free time at your leisure. Relax at the hotel, make use of the facilities, or explore the surrounding area independently. At the designated event time, transfer by air-conditioned van from Giza Palace Cairo West to the main event venue. After the event concludes, return transfer to the hotel will be provided. Overnight accommodation at Giza Palace Cairo West.
Day 4
11 October 2026 – Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) Experience
After breakfast, meet your private Egyptologist guide and transfer to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), one of the most impressive cultural attractions in the world. Begin your visit in the magnificent Grand Hall, home to the colossal statue of Ramses II and the iconic Hanging Obelisk. Continue through the museum's galleries where you will explore the treasures of King Tutankhamun, including thousands of remarkable artifacts, royal possessions, and ceremonial objects. Your visit also includes the impressive Grand Staircase lined with monumental statues from ancient Egyptian history. Complete the experience on the museum terraces overlooking the Giza Pyramids, offering spectacular panoramic views. Following the visit, return to Giza Palace Cairo West and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5
12 October 2026 – Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Cairo International Airport. Upon arrival, our airport representative will assist you with departure procedures before your onward flight.
