Day 1
08 October 2026 – Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist you with arrival formalities before transferring you by air-conditioned vehicle to Pyramids Park Resort. After check-in, the remainder of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax and enjoy the hotel's facilities. Overnight accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2
09 October 2026 – Giza Pyramids Tour & Main Event Shuttling
After breakfast, meet your Egyptologist guide in the lobby of Pyramids Park Resort and transfer to the Giza Plateau for a guided visit to Egypt's most iconic archaeological site. Explore the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure while learning about their fascinating history. Guests who wish to enter the interior of the Great Pyramid may purchase an additional entrance ticket at the site. Continue to the panoramic viewpoint for spectacular views of all three pyramids before visiting the legendary Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple of King Khafre. An optional stop at a licensed Papyrus Institute or Essential Oils Palace offers insight into traditional Egyptian crafts and heritage. Return to Pyramids Park Resort around midday and enjoy free time at leisure. Later, at the designated time, join the shared shuttle transfer to the main event venue. After the event, return to the hotel by shared shuttle service and enjoy an overnight stay.
Day 3
10 October 2026 – Main Event Shuttling
Following breakfast at the hotel, enjoy free time to relax or make use of the resort facilities. At the scheduled time, join the shared shuttle service from Pyramids Park Resort to the main event venue. Once the event concludes, transportation will be provided back to the hotel. Overnight accommodation at Pyramids Park Resort
Day 4
11 October 2026 – Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) Tour
After breakfast, meet your guide and transfer to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), one of the world's most impressive cultural attractions. Begin your visit in the magnificent Grand Hall, home to the colossal statue of Ramses II and the stunning Hanging Obelisk. Continue through the museum's galleries, where you will discover the treasures of King Tutankhamun, including thousands of remarkable artifacts and royal possessions. The tour also includes the Grand Staircase lined with monumental statues from ancient Egypt and access to the museum terraces overlooking the Giza Pyramids. Following the visit, return to Pyramids Park Resort and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5
12 October 2026 – Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Cairo International Airport. Upon arrival, our representative will assist you with departure procedures before your onward flight.
